Refund Policy

Because Ornello's products are digital and delivered instantly (or, for pre-orders, upon completion), all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered.

Exceptions — we'll offer a refund or replacement if:

You received a corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect file
A pre-ordered product is not delivered within a reasonable time beyond the timeframe stated at purchase
You purchased the same product twice by accident

How to request one

Email admin.ornello@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase (or of delivery, for pre-orders) with your order number, and we'll take care of it.

This policy doesn't affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
