Ornello ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and how it's used.
Purchases: When you buy a product, payment and billing information is collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) — Ornello does not see or store your card details.
Email list: If you join our waitlist or mailing list, we collect your email address via our email provider (Systeme.io), so we can send you updates, your free gift, and information about product availability.
Website usage: Like most websites, basic technical data (such as browser type or general location) may be collected automatically through our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.
We use your information to: deliver the products you purchase, communicate with you about your order or the waitlist, and improve our products and site. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We rely on trusted third parties to run Ornello, including Lemon Squeezy (payments), Systeme.io (email list), and Cloudflare (website hosting). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.
You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the link in any email. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, contact admin.ornello@gmail.com.
